How to Pay Your Rent

We offer a number of payment methods to our tenants, details of which are shown below. Please be aware that if you are a Toynbee Partnership Housing Association tenant we can only accept payments via Direct Debit.

Standing Order
The easiest and most convenient way to pay your rent is by standing order. Your rent is due on the 1st of each month. To set up a standing order please contact your bank. We will provide you with our bank account details when you sign your tenancy agreement.

Debit/Credit Card
To pay your rent by credit/debit card please contact us on 0300 123 2033 to arrange payment. All payments made by credit card are subject to a 4% handling fee.

Cash
To pay your rent by cash you will need to arrange an appointment with the CSL Portfolio Officer. Please call us on 0300 123 2033 to arrange a suitable date and time.

Cheque
To pay your rent by cheque, please send a cheque to Suttons Wharf South, 44 Palmers Road, London, E2 0TA.

Who should I make the cheque payable to?
- If you are a CSL tenant, cheques should be made payable to: Citystyle Living Ltd.
- If you are a Community Housing tenant, cheques should be made payable to: Community Housing Association Ltd.
-If you are a Toynbee Housing tenant, cheques should be made payable to:  Toynbee Housing Association

Please ensure you write your name, address, and household reference on the back of the cheque. If you are unsure of your household reference please contact us on 0300 123 2033.

Online
To pay your rent using internet banking, please transfer the funds into the relevant account from the list below.
